Ok, Transmitter when I bought my new house, the garage door opener came with a couple of transmitters. Both had the housing beaten up, so I decided to look for a new transmitter. I found this as a “direct replacement” for my transmitter so I bought it.

Great Product. Fabulous price!! I purchased two for the family members who do not have vehicles with all the bells and whistles of cars that have built in pairing capabilities. I took a photo of the inside of the multi code unit that came with my parent’s estate gate. I opened the identical units ordered from Amazon flipped the switches as per the photo, installed the batteries and my sister and I are no longer exiting our vehicles to punch in the code at the gate post which is guarded by a fierce rosebush! My only complaint is that to open the unit one has to risk breaking the case. A dime did not work. I resorted to a small flathead screw driver, a bit of sweat and worry it would break. The battery cover doesn’t go back on willingly so mine is not completely closed. All the better for changing the battery when the time comes as a second opening might be the Waterloo.
